Product Description

KC-11 Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is used as a Calcium source in Pharmaceutical Industry such as Tablets. The elemental calcium brought into the body with each dose meet the daily calcium requirement that contributes to healthy bones and help to prevent osteoporosis. KC-11 Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is also used as food additives and calcium supplements in Food Industry such as a Chewing gums, Noodles, Biscuits, Bread which is helpful for the growth of body as well as strong bones. KC-11 Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is used as a filler and surface coating agent in Paper Industry such as Cigarette/ Tissue Paper for premium quality paper products. It enhances brightness, smoothness and improves opacity. PCC improves paper machine productivity and can reduce paper making costs through the replacement of more expensive pulp fiber and optical brightening agents. KC-11 Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is also used as an additive in PVC Compounds industry such as plastic Cable and Shoe compounding. It helps decrease surface energy and provides opacity and surface gloss, which improves surface finish and tensile strength. It has Calcite structure with different particle size distribution and apparent densities.
